NETS WA provides 2 teams of neonatal-trained doctors & nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NETS employs 3 full-time Neonatal Fellows, who perform most retrievals; hence transports are almost always performed by experienced, senior staff. Junior NETS-accredited neonatal registrars also perform a small number of transports as second-on-call.
