Dr. Clayton Haldeman is a neurosurgeon with the Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Neurosurgery and Spine team. Dr. Haldeman earned his medical degree from Yale Medical School, completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics and a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Miami. Dr. Haldeman strives to use the least invasive option to help patients improve their quality of life. He believes spinal surgery should be the last resort, when all other non-surgical options have failed. He’s happy to see patients improve their quality of life after treatment and to help them navigate difficult times. When he has a day off, Dr. Haldeman enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and cooking.
